Halaxy has made a small change to referrals that will make a big difference to some practices: you can now make cancelled appointments count towards a referral limit!
This is perfect for practices who deal with funding bodies like the NDIS, where you may be able to charge for cancelled appointments (and you may also benefit from recent upgrades to our LanternPay integration to let you process NDIS and WorkSafe Victoria claims).
You can include cancelled appointments in any individual referral as well as in your referral types. All you need to do is tick the new “Include cancelled appointments” checkbox (it’s not automatically set) — and of course make sure the funding body accepts cancelled appointments towards referral limits under the relevant program.
